aw... orientation students are so cute.... man.. maybe i could be a mentor someday... they are so smiley and shy when they approach me... it's like.. don't worry.. i'm not gonna kill ya.. but yeah, their so cute, they're so concerned about gettin to class on time and afraid that their teacher will be mad and if they can make it across campus from bunche to PAB in time.... aw... they're still so diligent and innocent.. (i'm secretly laughing inside... cuz man... what happened to our diligence and innocence... senioritis kicks in too early...)
omg.. just saw a few kids come back and win the scavenger hunt for orientations! man.. i remember those days.. shoot. freshmen get excited about EVERYTHING, literally... every little thing... but it's ok, i remember my orientation days, we tried to win by all squeezing into a tiny van (all 10 of us) and driven by the security patrol.. HILARIOUS..... AND..... we still lost.. just my luck. ha ha!
oh! and remember those days when we came for orientation and we THOUGHT we were gonna stay in places like rieber terrace... yeah....MUAHAHHAH just wait till those freshmen see their REAL dorm rooms.. ha ha! naw.. i love dykstra despite... LOVE LOVE IT! and stephen's gonna be a part of it!!! that's right, it's karma, stephen!
